Tires are what connects you to the dirt. A good tire can keep you rolling down the trail continuously through the seasons. Typical tires come in many different sizes depending on your age and ability. Fat tires keep you rolling in the winter. Many mountain bikers prefer tubeless tires, because of the quick seal of a puncture. There is not a real big difference in the weight when choosing a tubed tire or a tubeless tire. But there is a lot less work having a tubeless tire if you have a puncture.
